At 2110 Fitness we believe that you deserve the best, so why not get the most out of your workouts and achieve your personal best fitness results?  With our membership options you are going to find a package that works for you whether you prefer group fitness or pushing yourself, our limited membership gets you the results you desire.

Option #1 - Full Membership & Unlimited Classes

For $125.00 + GST per month you will receive full facility access and unlimited group fitness classes every month.  Ensure that you get the best results as every class is limited to 12 participants allowing the instructor to focus on each participant throughout the class.

Option #2 - Full Membership, Unlimited Classes, & Program Design

For a low price of $159.00 + GST per month you will receive full facility access, unlimitied fitness classes, ongoing program design and fitness assessment.  This package covers all your fitness needs and is guarenteed to produce the results you want in our unique boutique environment that will push your limits!

Body Composition Analysis

Utilizing the Bod Pod for body composition testing utilizes patented air displacement technology to provide unparalleld results. Complete body composition analysis, estimated Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) and Total Energy Expenditure (TEE) results completed within 5 minutes to scientifically proven accuracy levels. Program Design - $199.00

We create a fitness program specifically for you to do in your home or gym without the need of a trainer.

  1. A 60-minute client consultation and equipment assessment.
  2. Program walk through and demonstration of the exercises in your program. You will be shown how to use your existing fitness equipment and learn proper exercise training techniques. You will be given your own 2110 Fitness training log to track your progress. The training log will list the exercise you will be doing as well as the required sets, reps, and weight.
  3. One 60-minute training session with your trainer.

Every client is different, everyone has different goals and different needs. At 2110 Fitness we have a great group of trainers who can help everyone reach their personal goals.

We use a our unique system to benchmark and test your current fitness levels using the industries Gold Standard systems including the Bod Pod.  After benchmarking we can then determine your own customized program that will help you achieve your fitness goals in your desired time frame.  With the equipment, knowledge, and culture at 2110 Fitness all things are possible and everyone can achieve their own personal best.
