Client Consultation - FREE
The first step towards a healthy lifestyle begins with your personal consultation. This consultation is an opportunity for you to meet your trainer where you will discuss your medical and exercise history, your current lifestyle, and your fitness and nutrition goals. During this session you will discuss how 2110 Fitness can assist you in achieving all your health, wellness, and fitness goals. This consultation is typically 1 hour in duration.
Program Design - $199
We create a fitness program specifically for you to do in your home or gym without the need of a trainer.
- A 60-minute client consultation and equipment assessment.
- Program walk through and demonstration of the exercises in your program. You will be shown how to use your existing fitness equipment and learn proper exercise training techniques. You will be given your own 2110 Fitness training log to track your progress. The training log will list the exercise you will be doing as well as the required sets, reps, and weight.
- One 60-minute training session with your trainer.

Personal Training
We make training personal by coming to your home, office or gym. Our sessions are 60 minutes in length however we can customize a 30 minute intense workout for those people with time restrictions. The exercises, training methods and equipment we use will depend on your specific requirements and goals. All sessions are specific and dynamic to maximize your time and results.
