Our fully periodized classes are predominantly resistance training with a cardiovascular component. Expect to get stronger, lose weight, and have fun when you train with us. Our expert coaches can work with any limitation or condition that may require modification while ensuring you still have an effective workout. Our group classes are designed to help you achieve optimal fitness results with the atmosphere of a group.
GOLD STANDARD BODY COMPOSITION ASSESSMENT
The BodPod is a volumetric assessment of your body which analyzes total body fat %, fat free %, and a resting metabolic rate, all within a 95% accuracy. With this test you can accurately track any sort of weight, muscle mass or fat mass change, which can then be used to refocus your training or nutritional needs.
