WHAT IS FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Functional Fitness by definition is increasing strength and improving movement around your everyday activities or sport.
Our classes utilize this methodology of resistance training and working with primary movements Bench Press, Squat, Deadlift, and Overhead Press. This promotes muscle growth to burn fat and keep you doing the things you love to do.
