TRX FUNCTIONAL CIRCUIT

 

Class Description

This unique fitness class focuses on the TRX suspension training system. It integrates high-level functional movements such as battling ropes, sleds, aqua bags and sand bags as well as agility ladders and more. Ready to take your fitness to the level and increase your mobility at the same time? This is the class for you.

2110 Boot Camp

 

Class Description

This is a high energy metabolic conditioning circuit class using battling ropes, kettle bells, airdynes, TRX, and much more to burn up to 1,000 calories in 45 minutes!

Every class begins with a dynamic warm up sequence on our turfed area and progresses into body weight movements then into weight bearing exercise.

All ages and skill levels are welcome. If you have an injury our instructors can modify exercises during class. It is always best to discuss your injury with the instructor before class so they can proactively assist you through the exercises.

2110 Strong

 

Class Description

2110 Strong is designed to develop your understanding of strength based movements using Olympics Bars, Kettle Bells, and other skill based lifts.
Instructors will progress individuals and the class from un-loaded technique progression into weight bearing movements with understanding of proper form and technique.

The techniques learned in class will be applied into the workout of the day along with body weight, cardiovascular, dumbbell, and kettle bell movements.

All ages and skill levels are welcome. If you have an injury please discuss this with the coach it may or may not be appropriate for you to be performing certain techniques.

If you are concerned about an injury please call in (403-252-2225) to discuss this injury with our staff and we can advise whether or not this class is for you.

 

SPARTAN RACE TRAINING

 

Class Description

Bored with running marathons and looking for a new training style? Challenge and push yourself to new limits and truly test both your mental and physical strength. Classes utilize equipment and functional workouts based on fusion of running and obstacles.

SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING

 

Class Description

Looking to increase foot speed, agility or balance? This class utilizes a variety of plyometric movements designed to challenge all fitness levels through a 45 minute class. Speed and agility training will improve your fitness through integrated drills similar to those used by professional athletes.
