Using experience drawn from 10 years of gymnastic coaching and athlete development as well as a diploma in Personal Fitness Training from MRU, Stu incorporates into his programs aspects of strength and conditioning to achieve each and every goal for his clients. He values efficiency above all else and wants every client to get from Point A to Point B as quickly and safely as possible with a focus on core strength and stability to increase overall quality of life.
