COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE
To help us create a personalized plan for you, you'll complete an online profile. Each answer will help us tailor your program towards your specific goals.
MEET YOUR COACH VIA VIDEO CALL
Get to know your coach. This initial call will will give you a chance to speak directly to your coach. You'll have the opportunity to discuss your goals, ask questions about the process, provide insight into your past training experience & lifestyle choices. this information is pertinent to creating a plan that works for you!
COMPLETE YOUR INTAKE ASSESSMENT
Your coach will have you complete a number of movements to help establish your baseline. Over the course of your training, your coach will have you perform these movements to continuously measure progress and improvement in strength and endurance.
START YOUR TRAINING
through the TruCoach app you'll get access to your personalized program. Your receive everything you need to have a successful session, including detailed instructions & helpful videos. logging your performance will provide valuable information for your coach to review with you during your next consultation.
IMPLEMENT NUTRITION AND LIFESTYLE PRACTICES
In order to optimize your performance in the gym, your coach will review your lifestyle and nutrition choices outside of the gym. They will provide you with sample nutrition plans, tailored to your goals.
