What We Offer

  • We provide private training sessions not only in a 1:1 capacity but also small group, 1:2+. We execute completely customized programming tailored to your specific needs and goals during hour long sessions. Your wellbeing is important to us. We'll discuss nutritional intake, stress management, recovery, and other pillars of a healthy lifestyle during your session so you can see progress not only at the gym but in other aspects of your life as well. Health is so much more than just exercise.

Outcome Session

  • During an outcome session, we utilize a variety of assessments to determine the most efficient strategy to change your life. An outcome session will include the following items...

    • BodPod assessment 

    • Aerobic Capacity Assessment (VO2Max)

    • Movement Analysis 

    • Stress Analysis 

    • Energy Capacity Assessment 

    • Vision Setting

  • The cost of your Outcome Session is paid back through discounted training sessions when you make minimum 3 month commitment with us. 

Pricing

  • $150 - Outcome Session 

  • Pricing per session may differ based on trainer rate, number of people training during the session, etc. Your Coach will discuss pricing with you following the Outcome Session to create a roadmap that is within your budget and yields your desired results.

Classes

What To Expect

  • Our fully periodized classes are predominantly resistance training with a cardiovascular component. Expect to get stronger, lose weight, and have fun when you train with us. Our expert coaches can work with any limitation or condition that may require modification while ensuring you still have an effective workout. Our group classes are designed to help you achieve optimal fitness results with the atmosphere of a group.

  • Classes are offered Mon-Fri at 5:45AM and 12PM as well as Sat/Sun at 9AM.

  • Classes are typically hour long sessions.

What To Expect

  • The BodPod is a volumetric assessment of your body which analyzes total body fat %, fat  free %, and a resting metabolic rate, all within a 95% accuracy. With this test you can accurately track any sort of weight, muscle mass or fat mass change, which can then be used to refocus your training or nutritional needs.

Preparation

 

  • Prior to the test, there are a few things to make note of:

    • There is a fasting period of 2 hours with no food or liquids including water.

    • No exercise for at least 3 hours before the test. We want you to be as relaxed as possible and limit any residual perspiration.

    • You also want to bring something to change into for the test. Because it's a volumetric test, the clothing should be tight to your body ie. compression clothes, swim suit, etc.​

The Process

  • When you come in, you'll be greeted by the coach taking you through the test. The appointment is 30 minutes, however the actual test only takes about 10-15 minutes and the rest of the time is allocated to going over everything with you and answering any questions you may have.

  • Afterwards you'll receive an email copy of your results. We recommend waiting approximately 12 weeks before re-testing so your body has had enough time to see tangible change depending on what you are trying to accomplish.
