Class Descriptions:
Cardio Dyne - A 30 minute high intensity cycle fusion fitness class using Schwinn Airdynes in coordination with other unique and fun pieces of equipment that will keep your heart rate elevated for 30 minutes. This class is great for all fitness levels from beginners to the advanced everyone will be pushed to their limit!
Caveman Training - Caveman Fitness Training is designed for the dedicated participant who will COMMIT … NO EXCUSES. The Caveman Training system is used by many UFC Stars and pushes participants both physically and mentally while learning proper technique and improving their fitness level. This fitness class is open to all fitness levels who are willing to commit to the class!
Fusion Fitness - This class is open to all fitness levels these classes are run in a highly charged atmosphere utilizing a variety of body weight and resisted exercises on the grass-like astro turf at 2110 Fitness.
Pure Fun - Using the Purmotion FTS this is an interval based fitness conditioning class designed to deliver a great cardio and full body strength workout in 45 minutes. Targeting functional and dynamic movement while developing core strength and stability.
MMA Strength & Conditioning - This fitness class is designed specifically for MMA athletes to improve their strength and conditioning to perform at their maximum potential for five 5 minute rounds building all three energy systems while building power, strength, and speed.
Rise & Shine - Start your day off the right way by taking part in this morning fiesta of fitness. Each class will be unique, allowing you to experience a new stimulus each class that will get your body ready for a great day.
TRX Ropes & Ladders - A unique fitness class that integrates TRX suspension training with many of the other unique tools, such as battling ropes, sleds, aqua bags, sand bags, agility ladders and many more, that will help you take your fitness to the next level.
TRX Yoga Blend - After a long work week burn off the stress and prepare for your weekend with Curt (2110 Fitness TRX & Yoga expert) as he utilizes his personal blend Power Yoga taught based on the Power Vinyasa Yoga System and the TRX suspension training system.
Warrior Class - A 45 minute fitness class based on the training systems of the great strength coach Martin Rooney (Director of the Parisi Speed School and head trainer to NCAA, NFL, and UFC Athletes). The focus of training in this class is to develop strong explosive power focusing on speed and agility exercises combined with Olympic weight lifting techniques to help take your game to the next level!
