In general 2110 Fitness offers four (4) to seven (7) fitness classes every day, ranging from the 6:15 AM Rise &amp; Shine morning bootcamp to TRX and Kettlebell classes in the evening. Unlike big-box gyms 2110 Fitness offers smaller class sizes to allow clients more instructor time as they learn new fitness exercises and principles that they can incorporate into their own workouts. Fitness classes focus on improving cardiovascular capacities and muscular strength, endurance, and power for each client in a fun, convenient, and highly energized atmosphere.</p>
<p>All fitness classes are lead by certified instructors who are able to modify all exercises on the fly to accommodate any injuries, issues, or concerns any client may have. The large variety of functional and body weight exercises make all fitness classes at 2110 Fitness, in Calgary, appropriate for all skill levels. First time fitness class participants to the class regulars are always challenged and pushed in each and every fitness class.</p>
<h2>More about our Fitness Classes</h2>
<p>At 2110 Fitness classes are scheduled for 45 minutes and incorporate a five (5) to ten (10) minute warm up consisting of dynamic stretching, rolling, and warm-up drills to get the blood flowing. After the warm-up each fitness class will challenge participants in the areas of cardiovascular development, muscular strength, endurance, and power while improving co-ordination, foot speed, and much more. Typically the class will open with a series of interval training sets either using cardio equipment or a series of functional body weight exercises for five (5) to ten (10) minutes. Following the interval training each fitness class moves into it’s specific function ranging from general conditioning, strength work, speed and agility, skill work, etc. Each fitness class is unique and can only be found at 2110 Fitness in Calgary.</p>
<p>Fitness classes are open to all fitness levels and are included in membership fees for all 2110 fitness members in Calgary.
