Are you getting enough protein?


Protein is broken down into individual amino acids-these proteins and amino acids are needed for many bodily functions, enzymes, hormones, neurotransmitters,anti-bodies, and repair and maintenance of tissues.
What does all this mean? If you want to change the way you look, feel, and have a healthy immune system, getting adequate Good Quality protein is a key ingredient!


Try including a portion of one of the following in each of your major meals for the next week and you’ll surely notice a difference;
1.Lean grass-fed red meats
2.Wild salmon/fish
3.Omega 3 whole-eggs
4.A good quality hormone free protein supplement (whey, Casein, plant based.)
